Serving Instructions
Korean Spicy Stewed Mackerel: Place large chunks of white radish at the bottom of a pot, add the mackerel, special Korean chili sauce, garlic, and onions, and simmer until the sauce thickens. The radish absorbs the fish oil, making it incredibly delicious
Refreshing Mackerel Salad: After draining the water, mash the mackerel, mix with sliced onions, lemon juice, and a pinch of pepper to create a nutritious cold salad
Mackerel Fried Rice/Pasta: Adding mashed mackerel to dishes adds a unique marine flavor and rich texture
