食用方法:
材料準備:整雞1隻,馬鈴薯1個,蔥半根,粉絲30克,青陽辣椒1個,水2/3杯(150毫升)
1. 加入雞肉、調味料和水,以大火煮沸,然後轉小火慢燉15分鐘
2. 蓋上鍋蓋,繼續小火慢燉15分鐘,直到馬鈴薯熟透
3. 加入泡好的粉絲,煮至湯汁濃稠,最後加入辣椒和蔥花即可

How to Cook:
Ingredients: 1 whole chicken, 1 potato, 1/2 scallion, 30g glass noodles, 1 green chili pepper, 2/3 cup (150ml) water
1. Add chicken, seasonings, and water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes
2. Cover and continue to simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, or until the potato is cooked through
3. Add the soaked glass noodles and cook until the broth thickens. Finally, add the chili pepper and chopped scallion
