冷麵食法
1. 麵條煮約4 - 4.30分鐘
2. 撈起過冷水
3. 加入醬料拌勻即可
熱食
可當湯麵或乾拌麵
*提示*
請邊煮邊攪拌，以免麵條沾鍋底
如果加入溫泉蛋、紫菜、 青瓜等，味道會更好
保存方法
存放於陰涼乾燥處，避免陽光直射

How to Eat:
Cold Noodles
1. Cook noodles for about 4-4.50 minutes
2. Drain and rinse with cold water
3. Add sauce and mix well
Hot Noodles
Can be served as soup noodles or dry noodles
*Tips*
Stir constantly while cooking to prevent noodles from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
Adding soft-boiled eggs, seaweed, cucumber, etc., will enhance the flavor.
