How to Use
Soup Cooking: Best suited for making Korean soybean paste soup (Miso Soup). Add water or broth to a pot, add tofu, onions, zucchini, shiitake mushrooms, and sliced meat. Finally, add an appropriate amount of soybean paste, stir well, and bring to a boil
Seasoning: Can be used as a seasoning base for Korean stir-fries and stews (such as pork stew with soybean paste), adding savory flavor and layers to the dish
Sauce Preparation: Mix Korean chili paste, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to make delicious and authentic Korean samjang (rice wrap sauce), served with lettuce wraps
Storage Method
Before Opening: Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humid environments
