一般可以常溫保存,開封後應盡快食用
基本食法:
因為本身都有甜味
1.可以白鑊加熱(不用油) 兩面約1分鐘至軟身,至少燶脆
2. 焗爐 約2分鐘
3. 微波爐 700W 約20秒
4. 氣炸鍋 180° 約150秒
5. 燒烤 兩面烤至軟身,至少燶脆
醬:
韓式辣椒醬2匙, 辣椒粉(睇你食到幾辣) , 小小醋
韓式糖漿1匙, 小小水或汽水(約2匙) 撈好
加熱收少少水之後 放返魚干入去撈15秒 至收晒汁
關火, 再加入2茶匙麻油及芝麻少許, 撈好 即可

4. Air fryer 180° for about 150 seconds
5. Grill on both sides until soft, at least crispy
Sauce:
2 tablespoons of Korean chili sauce, chili powder (depend how spicy you can eat), a little bit vinegar
1 tablespoon Korean sugar syrup, 2 tablespoons water or soft drinks
Add a little bit water after heating, add the dried fish and heat for 15 seconds until the Sauce is collected
Turn off the heat, add 2 teaspoons of sesame oil and a little sesame seeds. Serve!!
