食用方法

保存方法
開封前：請放置於室內陰涼、乾燥通風處保存，避免強光直射、高溫或潮濕環境
開封後：由於產品為 100% 純天然乾燥研磨且未添加任何防腐劑與防潮劑，開封後強烈建議放入冰箱冷藏或冷凍保存，以防止粉末受潮結塊或變質
使用注意： 每次取用時請使用乾淨、乾燥的小湯匙，並在用畢後立即將黑色瓶蓋徹底旋緊

How to Use
- Soup base preparation (Korean soybean paste soup, tofu soup, noodle broth): No need for cumbersome strainers or boiling the dried anchovies when making soup. Simply add 1-2 teaspoons of anchovy powder to boiling water, and it will dissolve instantly, creating a sweet, rich, and layered fish broth
- Flavor enhancement for stir-fries and side dishes: When making stir-fried rice cakes, vegetables, or seaweed, add a little as a "natural MSG" to perfectly bring out the natural sweetness of the ingredients

Storage Method
Before Opening: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place indoors, avoiding direct sunlight, high temperatures, or humid environments.
After Opening: As this product is 100% pure natural dry-ground and contains no added preservatives or desiccants, it is strongly recommended to refrigerate or freeze after opening to prevent the powder from becoming damp, clumping, or deteriorating.
